Inflation Hedging Coin (IHC) - a novel crypto-asset that aims to provide a buffer against inflation, launched from Mongolia on the 25th of August this year. The Brainstorm team was tasked to create a new brand identity and communication strategy for IHC’s new speculative cryptocurrency that brought new dynamics to its domestic and international markets.

To design a distinctive brand identity that sets IHC apart from its competitors in a saturated global cryptocurrency market while keeping a sense of familiarity in Mongolia’s domestic crypto market.

Working with our brand strategy consultants at Whyze Agency, we analyzed opportunities in the global market and researched our competitors’ design trends to create a distinctive visual brand identity, color tone and logo.
Rebellious and defensive with an air of familiarity and modernity, IHC’s brand identity conveys its objective to be the protection against inflation and create equal opportunities for all.
